Serenity is an atmospheric, comfortable and very peaceful home in a quiet cul de sac. It is set back from the hussle and bustle but is within easy walking distance from the beach, cliffs and shop. Morgan Bay is an extremely dog friendly village. The house is set in a beautiful, large, tranquil garden and is fully fenced. At the back the garden borders on a green belt and provides shelter and shade from the heat and wind. It boasts a fire pit , braai and outdoor sitting area. The front garden has a partial sea and dune view, and has a covered verandah. The property consists of a house plus a self catering unit. They inter lead so can be used as one home or can be separate as each has its own entrance. Both included in the price. The house consists of : two bedrooms each with a double bed, a spacious enclosed verandah with an indoor braai and TV, and a large, comfortable sleeper couch. There is a bathroom with a shower and an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, washing machine and dish washer. The self catering unit consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. The house is ideal for 6 adult couples and another single or children if willing to sleep on the sleeper couch. A single bed can be brought into the house. PETS welcome !
