The holiday home is located less than 1Km from the beach in a tranquil setting overlooking the coastal forest and Indian Ocean, providing breath-taking panoramic views of the river valley and tree canopy leading into the ocean.
Around June to July you will be able to watch "The Greatest Shoal on Earth", the annual sardine run whether you are swimming, having a braai or just relaxing at the house.
The trees are evident all around the property and play a huge part in the tranquillity of the house. There is a natural terraced garden that amplifies the ambience of the property.
The spacious and airy open plan design of the kitchen, lounge, and dining room is perfect for entertaining the family or friends. This area leads onto the large wooden front deck, with amazing views of the coastal forest and Indian Ocean. There is very little left of the hectic outside world.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and braai utensils. There is a 7 burner gas hob in the centre console as well as a conventional and microwave oven, toasted sandwich maker, large double door fridge-freezer and filtered water on tap. Leading off the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
DSTV is provided (there is no need to bring your own decoder) and includes the full Premium High Definition package, so all sports and movie channels are available for your viewing enjoyment, in brilliant HD on a 50 inch flat panel TV, an added bonus is the convenience of the digital PVR recorder and Samsung home theatre system.
Venice Drive can accommodate 8 people, with the main bedroom having an extra length king size bed and a quiet air conditioner, the main bedroom has direct access to the front deck, with trellidoor gates for your security. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has granite counters, a double shower, Jacuzzi bath and LED mirror lighting.
The second bedroom has an extra length queen size bed, ceiling fan and has direct access to the swimming pool deck, with trellidoor gates for your security. The second bathroom has a bath and shower.
The swimming pool with martini seats is located in the back terraced garden on a tiled deck and comprises of a thatched pub-lappa with a built in bar fridge, plastic glasses, bar stools, tables, chairs, pool lounges and a Weber braai.
Covered secure parking is provided for 3 cars, the house is very secure with an electric fence, automated front gate and a professional remote controlled perimeter alarm which is linked to the armed response company.
