Where appropriate we help to place donkeys into approved foster homes. We guide the rehabilitation of donkeys elsewhere. We educate donkey owners and help them to handle their donkeys correctly and safely. Our wishlist might change from time to time, but we are in need of the following: A new shelter for our new paddocks which have just been fenced. A feed store for our Sanctuary - currently we use a variety of small inadequate huts A new leiwater pipeline (90 metres) to stop water losses ofr this precious resource Donations of feed (please enquire as to type) Donations to help meet the running costs of the Sanctuary Our Services cater for Donkeys Cost for Eseltjiesrus Donkey Sanctuary - Subject to Change Visit our Sanctuary Thursdays to Sundays 10am to 4pm - entrance is by donation.
