Pets get easily bored if we do not play with them which could lead to negative habits like destroying your furniture, digging in the garden or pots, whining, chewing, and barking.
Bored cats often scratch and damage furniture and meow. You can keep things interesting by hiding treats or giving cats toys they can chase. Dog’s love fetching, hide-and-seek, or tug-of-war.
