When swimming in an indoor and heated pool the dog bear no weight and therefore put no pressure on the joints. Only strengthening the muscles to support the joints and hips. The Underwater Treadmill also helps to build muscle mass and provide pain relief in a controlled environment. The heated water improves blood circulation and pain relief. Physiotherapy machines will assist in wound care, providing cell regeneration, pain relief and improving blood circulation.
