Eukanuba announced changes for 2018

Media Release: March 2018
Eukanuba has some exciting changes happening this year. We are eager to share these plans with you.

Look out for the following in your Eukanuba outlet

  • An updated and striking new-look product on shelf.
  • The best tasting Eukanuba ever, thanks to state of the art local production and a very exciting palatability upgrade. Studies show that more dogs overwhelmingly prefer new Eukanuba*
  • The phasing out of some Eukanuba lines, including the Eukanuba Veterinary Diets and some other products in the Eukanuba range. Whilst we know this is not good news, we are confident that with the new portfolio we will be able to assist 95% of our loyalty programme members with a suitable product in the Eukanuba range, ensuring the continued enjoyment of all the benefits of the loyalty programme.

The discontinuations will take place during the second quarter of 2018. Please see the relevant info guides below for an alternate recommendation, or contact the Eukanuba customer care team on 011 463 8140. You can also email us on eukanuba@cuberoute.co.za for assistance, friendly advice or any questions you may have. We would love to help.
